Mithaas

Mithaas, organized by the Rotaract Club of Galgotias Educational Institutions in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Delhi Southend, was a heartfelt fruit distribution drive aimed at promoting nutrition, compassion, and care.

Objectives

• To provide fresh and nutritious fruits to underserved communities.
• To spread kindness and strengthen community connections.
• To raise awareness about the importance of healthy eating.

Activities

• Fruit Distribution: Fresh seasonal fruits were distributed to children and families residing in slum areas near Alpha 1 and Delta 1 metro stations.
• Community Engagement: 20+ Rotaractors actively participated, engaging with families and sharing warmth through direct interaction.
• Impactful Outreach: More than 200 individuals benefitted from the initiative, receiving nourishment and care.

Conclusion

Mithaas sweetened lives by blending nutrition with compassion. The event highlighted the power of small acts of kindness, reinforcing Rotaract’s values of service, empathy, and humanity.
